Fall Orientation

Date and Time: Friday, Sep 1, 2:00pm - 6:00pm (note that check-in starts at 1:00pm)

Location: N107, HiTime Hall, 567 West Yangsi Road, NYU Shanghai New Bund Campus

• Please bring your government-issued photo ID (身份证) or passport and NYU ID card to check-in.

• We highly encourage you to check in early and change into the program t-shirt before orientation starts.

MOE’s Registrar, Passport/ID, and Degree Information Submission by Wednesday, August 30th

To meet the requirements set for the higher education institutions from the Ministry of Education (MOE), and to facilitate students' degree verification, please complete the following by August 30th:

1. Download the attached Registrar, Passport/ID, and Degree Information Form 

2. Complete the form and save it

3. Rename the file as "Program - First name Last name" (e.g. QF - Lili Chen) and upload the file to this NYU Box Folder by Wednesday, August 30th. (Note: If you are in China, you will need to use the NYU Shanghai VPN while uploading the file.)
