Starting from my character, my MBTI is ENFP and I'm an outgoing person very willing to communicate with others, hoping to tighten the bond between everyone in both MSQF program and even the whole Stern-Shanghai program. As for my past experience, I have been group leader, TA and student administration team member several times. I'm confident that I can organize events and deliver notification efficiently. My intention and goal is not only to improve my own abilities, but also get to know all my class members, learning from each other and becoming better together. 

I have a very extroverted personality and I am full of energy and feel revitalized by being around others. I am ready to help our classmates to improve our academic learning experience, and be the bridge to connect everyone and create a inclusive environment where everyone's opinion matters. I will plan out the best outside activities to make our journey a great memory with excitement and joy.

I believe I am well-suited to take the lead in building a better cohort experience because of my diverse background and passion for connecting people. I have been exposed to a wide range of individuals from different backgrounds, fueling my enthusiasm for fostering meaningful connections. Additionally, my previous involvement in organizing captivating events has equipped me with the skills to create memorable experiences for our cohort. Beyond events, I genuinely care about each member of our cohort and am committed to providing support, resources, and a listening ear. I am confident we can establish an inclusive and vibrant community that enhances our MSOMS program experience. 

I believe I can take the lead in building a better cohort experience. My team-building skills, communication and coordination abilities, enthusiasm and positive attitude, organizational and leadership skills, as well as my awareness of feedback and improvement, would make me a suitable cohort leader capable of leading MSMRS students in building a better cohort experience.
