Cohort Leader Position Overview
The cohort leaders are responsible for building cohort cohesion and serving as a liaison between the students and faculty/staff. Cohort leaders should have strong communication and leadership skills. They are committed to supporting their peers throughout the entire year.
Primary Responsibilities
Plan and execute events for your cohort (approx. 1-2 per semester). A small budget will be provided for cohort leaders to organize events.
Oversee internal communication and disseminate any information to the cohort from faculty/staff.
Meet with Operations team on a regular basis (approx. 1x per month).
Willingness to be featured regularly on the program website and participate in external facing events as needed.

Time Commitment
This position is for the entire AY2024-2025 academic year.
Cohort leaders are expected to commit 2-3 hours per month for this position.
No compensation is provided.

Fill out this form to nominate yourself or a classmate in your program by Friday, June 14th.
A voting poll will be sent to the cohort to complete by Friday, June 21st.
Cohort leaders will be announced on Wednesday, June 26th. We will select one cohort leader for each program.
