Baby & Me Move (8-18 months & guardian):
Discuss baby milestones in physical and mental development, encourage movement with carpet square tummy time, baby yoga positions and eventually crawling through tunnels and baby dance parties; dress in comfortable clothes.**
Toddler & Me Dance & Tumble (18 months-2 yr & guardian):
Includes kid’s yoga for stretch, introduction to tumbling, creative movement and ballet; ballet/jazz shoes recommended.*
Toddler & Me Irish Dance (18 months-2 yr & guardian):
A fun and easy introduction to Irish Step dancing, soft shoe only; ballet/jazz shoes recommended.*
Toddler & Me Tumbling (18 months-2 yr & guardian):
A safe and fun introduction to gymnastics for the toddler and caretaker, utilizing the gym mats, foam flooring and beams; dress in comfortable clothes*
Pre-K Tumbling (3-5 yr):
A safe and fun introduction to basic tumbling positions on gym mats including; pike, tuck, straddle, forward rolls, backward rolls and on the balance beam, basic walking, kicks, jumps, jumps off the beam, etc; dress in comfortable clothes**
Pre-K Dance & Tumble (3-5 yr):
A fun combination of basic tumbling skills and basic dance concepts and movements; dress in comfortable clothes.**
Pre-K Lyrical & Ballet (3-5 yr):
A nice blend of basic lyrical, expressive and more freestyle and ballet techniques; ballet shoes required.*
Pre-K Tap, Jazz & Ballet (3-5 yr):
Introduction to tap, creative movement/jazz and ballet dance style; ballet, jazz and tap shoes required.*
Pre-K Irish and Clogging Dance (3-5 yr):
Introduction to traditional Irish step dancing, soft shoe only and clogging/flatfooting; ballet/jazz and tap shoes required.*
Pre-K Hip Hop (3-5 yr):
A fun and easy breakdown of Hip Hop dance technique; jazz or clean street shoes recommended.**
Pre-K Cheer (3-5 yr):
Learn the basics of gymnastics and cheer; including basic jumps, turns, cartwheels, handstands, rolls, and basic stunts; works on discipline, teamwork, and goal setting; clean street shoes recommended.**
Dance Attire & Supplies:
*Please wear form fitting, but comfortable dance wear, i.e. leotards skirt and tights, tank top or fitted t-shirt and yoga shorts or leggings. Please purchase required dance shoes for each specific style of dance, as noted in class descriptions. All props and equipment will be provided and cleaned/sanitized after each class. You may bring a water bottle as long as it is labeled with their name and has a top so it will not spill.
Fitness Attire & Supplies:
**Please wear form fitting, but comfortable work out wear, i.e. tank top or fitted t-shirt and yoga shorts or leggings. Please bring clean athletic shoes that are only worn inside. All props and equipment will be provided and cleaned/sanitized after each class. You may bring a water bottle as long as it is labeled with your name and has a top so it will not spill.
