My practice is informed by treatments that have been proven to work. There is a strong evidence base for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Exposure based therapies for all of the concerns listed on this page. DBT skills and Mindfulness are also very helpful. My style is collaborative and flexible. You are the expert of your life and I will support you in what works best for you.
I offer a free phone consult to see if you feel like I will be a good match for you. Then we will schedule your first session, 50-55 minutes. Generally sessions are weekly.
