Your dog is family. Of course you want them there for one of the most important days of your life.
But between coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and actually enjoying your wedding, the last thing you need is to worry about who's watching your dog, when they need a bathroom break, or whether they'll behave during photos.
That's where we come in.
We handle everything so your dog can be part of your celebration - and you can be fully present.
We'll connect with you to understand your vision, timeline, any specific needs, and learn all about your dog. This is typically done via email or phone
As your big day approaches, we'll coordinate with your wedding planner, photographer, and venue to ensure smooth logistics and so your vision can be brought to life
We'll confirm exactly when and where your pup will participate - ceremony only, photos, reception entrance, or the whole day
If you need transport for your dog, we'll pick them up early and make our way to your venue
We arrive to get them ready (yes, we can help with that flower collar or bowtie!)
We manage bathroom breaks, water, treats, and downtime between events
We bring your pup for the moments you want them there - ceremony, photos, grand entrance - and take them back to a calm, safe space when needed
We stay as long as you need us, whether that's a few hours or the full day
If you have transport included, we'll transport your dog safely home (or to their overnight location), feed and walk them if needed
You can focus on enjoying your wedding night, knowing your dog is happy, safe, and cared for

Weddings are unpredictable. Timelines shift, emotions run high, and things don't always go as planned. We've worked with enough couples (and enough dogs) to know how to stay flexible, calm, and solution-focused - no matter what happens.
We're not just dropping off your dog and hoping for the best. We're trained, insured, and experienced in managing pets in high-energy, high-stakes environments. And because we'll get to know your dog, we can anticipate their needs and keep them comfortable all day long.
Wedding day pet care is customized based on your timeline and needs. Services start at $400 for 4 hours, $600 for 6 hours and $800 for our 8 hour full-day care. This includes transportation, care, and coordination.

What if my dog gets nervous around crowds?
We'll work with you to create a plan that keeps your dog comfortable - whether that means shorter appearances, quiet breaks, or staying close to familiar people. We're experienced with anxious dogs and can read their body language to know when they need a break.
Can you help with multiple dogs?
Absolutely! We're happy to accomodate up to two dogs per handler. If you have more pups in your pack, just let us know and we can discuss adding a second handler for your day.
Do you work with outdoor weddings?
Yes! Many of our couples get married on mountainsides, ranches, or in backyards. We're comfortable in all kinds of settings and weather.
What if our timeline changes day-of?
Weddings rarely go exactly as planned - we get it. We stay flexible and adjust as needed so you don't have to worry. We work directly with you planner(s) so we are getting the latest info and direction as it's happening.
Do you travel outside Steamboat Springs?
We're based in Steamboat Springs and primarily serve Routt County, but we're happy to discuss destination weddings on a case-by-case basis.
