Before your first service, we like to set up a complimentary meet and greet for you and your pet(s) if possible. These meetings will go over routine, personality, questions or concerns, special requests, and access details for your home/rental/hotel when applicable.

Please provide lots of detail on routine, meal quirks, anxieties and other preferences in your account on Time to Pet. We like as much detail as possible to create an individualized care experience.

Some basic medical needs and medications can be accommodated with proper instruction and a vet contact provided.
