Getting Started
Before your first service, we offer a complimentary meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pet(s). During this visit, we'll discuss your pet's routine, personality, any questions or concerns you have, and review details about your home or where you're staying. We'll also walk you through Time to Pet, our easy-to-use scheduling and communication platform that keeps everything organized in one place.
We love detail – the more you share about your pet's quirks, preferences, anxieties, and routines, the better we can tailor their care. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident that your pet is in capable, caring hands.
During Your Service
Once we're caring for your pet, you'll receive photo updates for every visit. Time to Pet allows you to stay connected however works best for you – through the app, text notifications, or email. You'll know how your pet is doing and see glimpses of their day with us.
We understand how important routine is for your pet. We prioritize on-time arrivals, honoring special requests, and providing the individualized attention your pet deserves. If we notice any changes in your pet's mood, behavior, or health, we'll let you know right away.
Being Prepared
To help us provide the best care, please leave detailed instructions for your pet and home in your Time to Pet account – we keep this on file for all future visits. We can accommodate basic medical needs and administer medications with proper instruction and your vet's contact information.
We always ask for a local emergency contact and vet so we're prepared for any situation.
