Booking and payments are made through Time to Pet.
For multi-day services and overnights, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially hold your reservation.
To ensure continued service, payment is due as scheduled. If payments are not made, we may need to decline future services.
Any past-due invoices will be collected using the default payment method on file.
We understand plans change — and we do our best to remain flexible. Because our team's time is reserved specifically for your pet, the following structure helps us stay fair to everyone:
Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled time — 25% of total service cost
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled time — 50% of total service cost
Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled time — 100% of total service cost
Priority Availability (Bookings requested within 12 hours): When you need us on short notice, we'll do our best to accommodate. Same-day bookings will include a $10 priority rate to adjust our schedule. We reserve the right to decline same-day requests based on team availability.
Multiple pets — Pricing is set per dog. For households with 2 or more dogs, an additional per-pet rate applies. The exact amount varies by service — just ask us.
Extended Service Area — Travel outside Steamboat Springs city limits is accommodated for a travel rate, so your pet receives the same attentive in-home care wherever you're located.
Peak Care Rates — During high-demand holidays and busy seasons, a small rate adjustment ensures we can staff appropriately and maintain the quality of care your pet deserves. Details below.
Priority Availability — Need us on short notice? Same-day bookings (within 12 hours) are accommodated when possible for a $10 priority rate. We do reserve the right to decline same-day requests based on team availability.
Puppy Care Rate — Puppies under 6 months receive additional attention, structured check-ins, and specialized handling. A $20 puppy rate applies to reflect that extra layer of care.
Extended Visit Time — On the rare occasion that additional time is needed beyond your scheduled visit to address a bathroom accident or similar situation, that time is billed accordingly.
