Payment Policy

Booking and payments are made through Time to Pet.

For multi-day services and overnights, may require a 50% deposit.

Failure to pay will result in no future services.

For any past due invoices, the default payment method on file will be automatically charged.

Services cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time, will pay 25% of total cost of services booked.

Services cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time, will pay 50% of total cost of services booked.

Services cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled time, will pay 100% of total cost of services booked.

If accommodated, same day bookings may incur a $5 surcharge. Steamboat Pets reserves the right to decline any same day service requests.

Reserving services on the following days will incur an additional $10 fee per visit.

INDEPENDENCE DAY: July 4 and 5, 2025

THANKSGIVING: November 27 and 28, 2025

CHRISTMAS: December 23 - 26, 2025

NEW YEARS: December 31, 2025 - January 1, 2026
