What is Community Care?
Community Care is a Transition Year programme devised in order to develop an awareness and understanding of different disabilities. The programme also explores many issues faced by the elderly in our community.
The Community Care programme at St Colmcille's Community School affords our TY students the opportunity to directly help the community. During the course of the year, students will be assigned to various places.
