Art is a year-long module that gives students the opportunity to improve their art skills and to express their creativity.

The brief for the first project was to create a stop motion animation for a clip of music. The students were working in pairs. Each pair was responsible for

• making a storyboard

• picking a clip of music

• making props

• putting together a stop motion animation.

These are some examples of our work.

This year for Halloween our TY’s spent one class carving pumpkins. They brought the pumpkins in already gutted so they had the full afternoon to carve them. After some students from the multimedia class were kind enough to take some pictures for us.

Junk Kouture is an international competition where students are challenged to make an outfit out of any junk they want. It's a really great opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and design skills.
