American Essay

In this unit students will be writing a short argumentative essay circling around the question: "What Makes America Great?"

Both 7th and 8th grade will be participating In a fun essay competition from the All-American Eagles Program. Each 7th and 8th grader will have the opportunity to send their essay Into this contest for a prize! 

8th grade will be focusing primarily on critical thinking for this essay vs 7th grade will be focusing on using the 3 modes of persuasion (Ethos, Pathos, and Logos).
