Immunizations

Every student is required according to the NJ Department of Health to be immunized. All new students entering St. Bartholomew's are required to have proof of an updated immunization record. Each year there after, when your child receives an additional vaccine is the perfect time to ask the Dr's office for written proof of such. It is imperative to keep your child's immunization record updated at school. Those entering grade 6 require 2 additional vaccines, Tdap and Meningococcal.

Religious Exemptions require a legal document from your Organization.
