SAFEGUARDING

We have a statutory duty under National Wales Safeguarding Procedures, to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. We all have a responsibility for ensuring that children are protected from harm.

All staff are fully trained in our school policy and procedures.

Staff confidently refer all concerns and disclosures to Mrs Haynes, Our Designated Safeg

uarding Person. In the absence of Mrs Haynes concerns will be shared with Mrs Davies, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Person. Concerns may be discussed with parents and any referrals to outside agencies will be assessed.

Our Safeguarding Governor is Mrs Laing.
