Thank you for partnering with the team facilitating this lab event, your role will be similar to participating in telephone interviews with some modifications to the in-person scenario. There will be two main times when a Navigator’s help will be needed, addressing concerns before testing and after a case has been identified as testing positive for COVID 19.
Details to Confirm Before You Begin:
Who is the organization/agency hosting the event?
Which type of test is being administered- Antigen (rapid test) or Molecular/PCR
If Antigen test, what is the estimated wait time?
If PCR test, how long until the case receives results?
Identify the public health workers who will be speaking with cases and can answer complicated questions post- testing
