RIISE Immunization Project

Award Details: 

1. Funding Instrument Type: CDC Cooperative Agreement via the Colorado Center of Excellence in Newcomer Health based at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment 

2. Award Mechanism: Non-competitive, all applications considered from government or university institutions who manage refugee domestic medical exams and have the ability to coordinate data exchange and transfer with state IIS programs

3. Fiscal Year: Until September 29, 2022, with extension to September 29, 2024

4. Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding: $860,001

5. Approximate Project Period Funding: $860,001

6. Total Project Period Length: 1 year   

7. Expected Number of Awards: TBD based on number of applicants who express interest

8. Approximate Average Award: The approximate average award will range from $50,000 to $125,000 

9. Award Ceiling: None (awards up to $200,000 have been made)  

10. Award Floor: $25,000  

11. Estimated Award Date: Beginning 11/30/2021, on a rolling basis until September 29, 2024.

Award funding amounts will vary depending on availability of funds and order of applications received. Funding will be determined by a first come first served basis.

Award Details:

2. Award Mechanism: Non-competitive, all applications considered from government or university institutions who manage refugee domestic medical exams and have ability to coordinate data exchange and transfer with state IIS programs

3. Fiscal Year: through 9/29/2024(we are currently working to expand to 9/29/2025)

4. Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding: $60,000

5. Approximate Project Period Funding: $60,000

6. Total Project Period Length: 1 year (start up funding), extensions in future years for maintenance of data partnership

7. Expected Number of Awards: TBD based on the number of applicants who express interest

8. Approximate Average Award: The approximate average award will range from $15,000 to $45,000 

9. Award Ceiling: None 

10. Award Floor: $15,000  

11. Estimated Award Date: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until funding is expended or until 9/29/2023, whichever comes first.
