How Are Data Processed?

Upon receiving a new data file from a network partner, we will import data into a database behind our secure firewall.  The following processes will be automated and run on network partner data to manage and standardize it: cleaning, de-duplication, matching, linking, categorizing, formatting, de-identification

As soon as data are processed and de-identified, we will move data to a separate database where it will become available for aggregate reporting and visualization.  Suppression standards will be in place to ensure that small numbers will never be revealed, to further ensure the secure display of data.

What Screening Data Can You Expect to Receive?

Your data will probably look different than these sample tables. Center of Excellence staff will standardize all data from partners.

We would like to receive your data as it exists in your system (normalized and not flattened into one row per individual). If your system includes many tables, we would prefer that you send us those tables as they exist.

How Are Data Secured?

Incoming data will be transferred to the Center of Excellence securely, and will be placed behind a firewall on our campus. As soon as data are processed and de-identified, data will be moved to a separate database where they will be available for the business intelligence tool to aggregate and visualize. Suppression standards will be in place to ensure that small numbers will never be revealed, to further ensure the secure display of data.

Is Technical Support Available?

Yes. We have a team of professionals who want to support you, especially during your first data submission. The process is actually quite simple, once you have completed it for the first time.  We are committed to helping you through the process, available to talk with you and your team, sharing documentation and resources that may help you along the way.
