Service Utilization Planning

Now Open, August 2026: Utilization Planning for FY27 (Supplemental) and FY28 (Base) Payments to OIT Appropriations

To support service planning under the new statewide IT Product User Centric model, agencies and OIT will participate in an updated planning process: 

• Timeline: August 12th - August 31st

• Process: OIT Directors of Technology will review the updated FY27 and FY28 planning sheet with product directors, finance staff, and other agency stakeholders to confirm expected service utilization for each agency. This planning process includes utilization under the new agency delivery POD structure, dedicated resources, and existing service lines. Detailed instructions are included in the planning sheet. Information gathered through this process will inform the FY27 supplemental and FY28 base budget request process.
