Having a lead facilitator or staff who supports this work and has specific duties within their job description is critical to ensure the practices below occur and are measured.
Roles include:
Meeting Support-
Supporting a family member to co-facilitate each meeting
Co-developing agendas with facilitator and members
Conducting preparation with presenters
Member Support-
Distributing stipends/payments to members and supporting meeting logistics
Gathering bios and photos for all members
