COMPAS Project Calendar
The Calendar includes key project meetings. Meeting audiences range from executive level stakeholders to system administrators and everyone in-between, but typically all are welcome to attend.
Current Engagement Opportunities
User Acceptance Testing
In late March 2026, a small group of Trailblazers joined the COMPAS team to participate in UAT Beta Testing. These early explorers are testing the UAT experience to ensure our “trail maps” (documentation) and “basecamp” (enrollment process) are clear, smooth, and ready for the full journey. Their feedback will help ensure that more than 150 User Acceptance Testers can navigate with confidence when formal UAT begins in May.
User Training
Beginning in early 2026, future users started learning about CORE Payroll through role‑based, web‑based training (WBT) modules. Those introductory training modules remain available anytime and serve as the first step in the learning journey.
An initial round of virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) wrapped up on March 27, with recorded sessions available for learners who want to review or continue learning at their own pace.
Learners can also participate in study halls to ask questions and reinforce what they’ve learned.

Office Hours
Beginning in Spring 2023, the Payroll Implementation Team has hosted open Office Hours virtual sessions, biweekly on payday Fridays at 11am, to foster peer connections among stakeholders, solicit participation for workshops and other SME events from state partners, and deliver project status updates to any and all concerned parties.
