This is probably everyone's least favorite part, but the alternative is a lot worse. Get everyone together in one room and talk for however long it takes. But when you're done, stop.
Start your review meeting by going over the entire list up until this point to build consensus around what information you're working from. Only then should you walk through the full scope of the design together. Take your time and cover experience, layout, imagery, typography, and color.
