Grades 3K-5
Grades 3K-5 only need to have proper footwear for class. If girls are wearing jumpers or skirts, they need to have shorts under their jumper/skirt on PE days for sure!
Grades 6 - 8
Grades 6-8 wear a school purchased set of physical education clothes as well as proper footwear each day they have class. This includes a t-shirt and shorts. PE uniforms are available for purchase from school and can be ordered online this year! There is a link in the August Back-to-School 2024 Back-to-School Newsletter. ***I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU SOMEHOW LABEL YOUR CHILD'S PE UNIFORM IN THE EVENT THEY LEAVE THEM SOMEWHERE! If a student is cold they may wear a St. Anthony approved sweatshirt over their PE t-shirt. If your child does not have a PE uniform at the start of school, they are asked to bring an athletic t-shirt and shorts until the ordered uniform arrives. While I know compression type shorts and leggings are popular I am asking that they not be brought to be worn during physical education classes as a temporary uniform while waiting for the PE uniform order to arrive. Each class will be given 5 minutes at the beginning of class to dress out. Likewise, they will be given 5 minutes at the end of class to dress in. Dressing in/out times will be included within the timeframe of each classes scheduled physical education class.

Here is a presentation I am sharing with grades 6-8. I do have issues with some students who forget their PE uniform on a regular basis. It is my hope that along with sharing this presentation with them and your help, we can cut down on the number of times your child doesn't bring a change of clothes for class.
