Conflict Resolution

     It should come as no surprise that there is a bit of arguing in Physical Education class!  My philosophy  is to give the students a path to follow to settle disputes on their own before they come to me.  If they come to me first, I will ask them if they went to the "Conflict Corner" to settle the dispute.  If they didn't, that's where I will send them.  Most times, they can settle the issue themselves and this is a very powerful skill to practice.  If they can't, then they can come to me.  We will go over this policy the first few weeks of school.
