Who: Stanford Genetic Counselors, program alumni, and current students
What: The continuation of a journey in understanding, reflecting, and strategizing about ways we can improve our genetic counseling community and practice. Fostering a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace to meet the needs and challenges of all patients and colleagues, regardless of their background.
Each 1 hour session will consist of two parts:
Teaching on the topic and questions
Large group brainstorming and goal setting
When: First Monday of each month, 4-5 PM PST (with exceptions, see schedule below)
