Who: Stanford Genetic Counselors, program alumni, and current students

What:  The continuation of a journey in understanding, reflecting, and strategizing about ways we can improve our genetic counseling community and practice, fostering a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace to meet the needs and challenges of all patients and colleagues, regardless of their background. 

Each 1-hour session will consist of three parts:

• Teaching on the topic

• Large group brainstorming and goal setting
