Who: Stanford Genetic Counselors, program alumni, and current students
What: The continuation of a journey in understanding, reflecting, and strategizing about ways we can improve our genetic counseling community and practice. Fostering a diverse workforce and inclusive workplace to meet the needs and challenges of all patients and colleagues, regardless of their background. CEUs will be available. Each 1 hour session will consist of three parts:
Teaching on the topic
Small group discussions (please bring a humble openness to growth and change)
Large group brainstorming and goal setting
