The Palau snorkel and dive waiver includes a place to indicate your first lunch order. We will provide them with a list of your allergies.

  • If you would prefer not to use your email address, you may use travel@miruadventures.com.

• Palau Operator Waiver for Divers - included emergency medical insurance information is Company: Zurich, Policy: GPT 4152843. 

  • Included emergency medical insurance has coverage up to 132 feet and is secondary to any dive insurance that you have.

Forward a copy of your flight itinerary to travelstudy@alumni.stanford.edu once you book your flights. Include the following details:

• Your airline record locator number

• Arrival date and time at the start of the trip

• The departure and arrival airports for the final leg of your journey at the start of the trip

• Departure date and time at the end of the trip

• The departure and arrival airports for the first leg of your journey at the end of the trip

• Airline and flight numbers
