While you swing, focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath in as you go forward, and a deep breath out as you swing back. Think about a way to change your day.
While you are swinging, lay on your belly making sure you have a strong grip and close your eyes. Feel the wind on your face and in your hair as you move back and forth. Imagine that you are soaring through the air and feel the freedom that comes with it.
Take a few minutes to swing as hard and as high as you can! Once you are swinging high, take a break and don't pump your legs until you have come to a stop. Each time you go forward, breath in. Each time you go backwards, breath out.
