sign up requires 3 steps: arrival time selection, payment, & medical history completion
Who Can Come
available for entering 7th through 12th grade athletes planning to participate in Marcus MS feeders or Marcus HS UIL athletics
Marcus students involved in extracurricular activity requiring UIL physical
Step 2
Payment in RevTrak
$20 per athlete payment required to hold your selected arrival time
Step 3
Medical History complete & submit in RankOne
needed for physician review during physical exam
no need to bring hard copy of completed form
recommend completing remainder 2 required athletic participation forms at this time avoiding the need to complete later (forms link)
DO NOT complete, upload or submit anything in "Physical Upload Form"
completed physical date will be uploaded by Staff AT after physical night
physicals provided by local physicians, nurses, & support staff donating their time
