Join CoEET as a Teaching Assistant
Semester 2 - AY 2025-26
The Centre of Excellence in Educational Technology (CoEET) is gearing up to form its new team for this semester, and we are looking for curious and brilliant minds to join us! Come aboard and elevate the future of learning to new dimensions!
We are looking for three talented NUtons as Learning Assistants (LA) to work with the TAs in the desks.
All streams are open to apply.
Prior experience working with CoEET will be valued.
Requirements for each position are provided below for your reference.
The role requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week for research, planning, and executing academic tasks – are you ready to rise to the challenge?

Each role comes with a monthly stipend that will be paid on a pro-rata basis at the end of the tenure.
Note : The stipend and certificate will be granted only upon satisfactory completion of the assigned academic responsibilities.

Map students to Projects based on evolving Industry requirements.
Analyze survey data and project outcomes to drive informed decisions.

Knowledge Curator: Capture and document the valuable insights gained by mentors and mentees through various projects in creative formats.
Convert this captured knowledge into actionable, measurable formats that will benefit users and drive results.
Codify and store the knowledge on a CMS – manage the storage in a manner that can be accessed easily.
Tech Wizard: Utilize your technical expertise in automating tasks and leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency.
Streamline learning functions by automating tasks with Asana and related tools.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the ETIC portal, transforming it into a dynamic CMS.
Tackle diverse challenges assigned by the ET Area.
Innovation Catalyst: Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to implement projects based on industry requirements.
Coordinate with CIC and other entities to ensure tie-ups with Industry for projects, seminars, etc
Organize workshops that expose students to the latest technologies, trends, and best practices from the industry.

Learning & Pedagogy Desk (2)
Be the Professor X: use your understanding of pedagogical principles to design effective learning experiences.
Break down complex tasks, roles, and projects into manageable and actionable steps.
Connect projects to real-world outcomes, ensuring students gain practical, impactful knowledge.

Digital Marketing & Storytelling (2)
Social Media Maestro: Create engaging, creative content for various platforms, captivating your audience with every post.
