We start each class by reviewing homework. Simple Solutions is assigned nightly and is a spiral review. Simple Solutions Quizzes are given after four lessons. Most weeks, I will send home a review quiz the night before. The review quiz has questions directly from the book. The in class quiz has similar skilled problems with different numbers.
We will work on skills daily in class that directly relate to our math standards.
A workbook page will also be assigned most nights. It will almost always be evens so that the odds can be used as additional review during test time.
