You can find almost anything you want in HCMC, either in malls, department stores, mom-and-pop shops, boutiques, and specialty stores. It's also easy to order from various online shopping sites (like Amazon but... not quite). Shipping costs are usually inexpensive. Some services offer cash on delivery, which is especially helpful until your bank account gets set up. You can also have things delivered via Grab or LalaMove to save you the time and trip. Many smaller companies are now selling goods via Facebook Messenger, Zalo, and WhatsApp — everything from cupcakes to coffee to cashews can be delivered directly to your home.
