Please email tech@ssfs.org if you need help with any of your technology. Please provide as much detail as possible including what kind of computer you are using. Screenshots are very helpful, as is the text of any error messages you receive. For parents, please tell us the name of the site or system you are using and your child's name and grade.
If your device is in need of repair, the IT department can help. For student-owned devices we are happy to provide an initial diagnosis and advice on repair. We are not equipped to perform hardware repairs on student-owned devices, but if it's a software issue, we can probably help you. Please email tech@ssfs.org to get the ball rolling. If you need a loaner device while your device is being repaired, we can loan you a chromebook.
