Please notify tech@ssfs.org immediately if you lose your card, so that it can be shut off. Since it opens all of the school buildings, it is important to notify tech of a missing card, even while you are waiting to see if you find it. If/when you find it again, we can reactivate it for you.
If you need a new card printed, the cost for faculty & staff is $15 and the cost for students is $25.
If you do not have access to a door that you need access to, please email Rebecca Kolowe and cc tech@ssfs.org. Once Rebecca grants permission for the IT department to make the change, we will do so. We do not need your card in order to make a change.
If you are hosting an event and need a door to be open outside of normal hours, or if you think a door schedule should be changed, please contact Summer Lewis in the faciliities office. She manages the doors' schedules.
