If the keys on your Chromebook are not responding it might be stuck in tablet mode. Try restarting your Chromebook by pressing the refresh button and the power button at the same time.
Be careful not to spill liquid on the Chromebook. Keyboards are commonly ruined by Coffee or Soda. Spills can also damage the internal circuits. If liquid is spilled on the keyboard, turn off the Chromebook right away. Dry up what you can with paper towels. Report the spill right away. The sooner we can clean the keys the better. The Chromebook should be left off for at least 48 hours.
