Changing your Password

There are several reasons why you may need to change you password. Your password may have expired, You may be worried someone knows your password, or it just might not be working. For what ever the reason, here are the steps:

Go to https://hera.ssdvt.org/

Click on Change Password

Enter your username and current password and then click Next

Type your new password and confirm it. Your password needs to meet the criteria shown.
