Before completing the form below, please familiarise yourself with the Music Tuition Program by reading the Information for Parents page. It includes information regarding:
the amount and method of paying fees
the expectations of parents (alerting tutors of any absences 24 hours in advance, etc.)
the expectations of students (practice, etc.)
the expectations of tutors (communication, etc.)
After you complete the form:
We aim to acknowledge that we have received your form within 3 working days. This also will include information about the name of the tutor that your child has been assigned to, or if they've been placed on a waiting list.
The tutor will be in touch with a brief introductory email including the start date & location of the first lesson, a timetable for the term, etc.
