Using positional language such as above, below, underneath, next to, behind etc
1. Play iSpy- Locate items using positional language, eg. “I spy something under the fish tank”. 2. Watch the video "Where's the Monkey?"- Choose a toy at the beginning on the week and every day find a new place to hide it. They must find the toy each day and say in a sentence "The toy is ......." using the correct positional language.

1. Talk about the importance of knowing the weather in order to make appropriate choices for:- what to wear- what activities you can do 2. Play a game of weather bingo:- draw different weather symbols on a grid eg. sunny, cloudy, windy, rainy, partly cloudy, storming, snowing etc- have someone call out those particular types of weather- try to get three in a row 3. Move like the weather - Dice- print and roll the dice to get your body moving like particular types of weather

Explain the different directions to move the body 3. Give instructions to move, such as:- Stand next to the chair- Sit on the bed- Stand behind d the door- Sit in front of the fridge- Lie underneath the window
