We rehearse Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3:00- 5:30 p.m. from October 14th through February 4th (excluding school breaks and holidays). There will be three Wednesday rehearsals on October 21st, October 28th, and January 6th. We will have three Saturday rehearsals on October 17th and October 24th from 9:00- 12:00 and on November 7th from 1:00-4:00 p.m.. We will also have 30-45 minute individual costume fitting appointments throughout the day on Saturday, January 9th.
In order to respect everyone's time, performers will only be called to rehearsals that feature their role/roles. Please review the schedule the carefully to mark the correct days each performer should attend.
The Rehearsal Schedule is a living document, subject to change as needed. Families will be notified of any changes at least 3 days before the altered rehearsal date. If performers have conflicts with an updated rehearsal for which they were not originally on call, those conflicts will be excused.
Monday November 3rd: Scenes 1-6 OFF BOOK
Monday, November 17th: Scenes 1-10 OFF BOOK
Monday, December 15th: Whole show OFF BOOK
Frequent conflicts with rehearsal time may impact casting decisions.
Performers may not miss more than three scheduled rehearsals die to conflicts.
Conflicts listed on audition forms or submitted via email by November 6th will be automatically excused.
Absences from school due to illness are automatically excused.
Students are responsible for learning what was missed from their double and/or from using the rehearsal materials below.
November 6th will be the last day new conflicts will be accepted. Any additional conflicts will be an "unexcused" absence. Reminder:performers may only have 3 conflicts total with the rehearsal schedule.
After 2 or more unexcused rehearsal absences, roles will be understudied, cut, or recast.
Performers behaving in an unsafe or disrespectful manner will have guardians contacted. If the behavior persists, they may be removed from the cast.

Dress to move- no open-toed shoes or bare feet onstage
Phones are off and away
Stay engaged and on task
No taking pictures or video during rehearsals, backstage or performances, either for personal use or to post online unless given explicit permission by a director.
No food/ drinks (other than water) during rehearsal time (only at specified breaks)
No gum
Rehearsals are “closed”; friends and family members are not allowed to come.
It is the student’s responsibility to check the rehearsal calendar and know when to come to rehearsals
Treat cast and crew with respect
Keep your hands to yourself and stay under physical control.
