Pre-Enrollment InstruCtions

1. Go to https://santarosaacademy.aeries.net/enrollment/ and select "Enroll a New Student"

3. If this is your first student enrolling at SRA, create a new account. Those with current students may log in.

4. Follow the log in or account creation steps, then Enter Student's information.

5. Select the appropriate school level from the dropdown menu

6. You may need to verify your account before continuing. Check your email's spam folder if you cannot locate the verification email from Aeries. Follow the verification instructions in the email. After you have verified your email address, you will need to log in again. 

7. Select "Resume" next to the student's name whose enrollment you have already started.

8. From this point forward you will need to fill out the student's demographic and background information. At the end of that section, you will need to read and acknowledge three documents to proceed. You will also need to agree or disagree to several questions, and upload important documents. 

9. Review information and submit enrollment. At the end of the process you will have an opportunity to review all information and make sure it is correct. Please note, any information that needs to be corrected should be done now, you will not have an opportunity to go back later. After you have done that, you will have an opportunity to enroll another student if you wish, or you can click "Finish" to close the form.
