If you haven't signed in to this application before, you will need to create an account.
We recommend using the "Sign in with Google" option, but if you don't have a Google account, you can select "Sign up" to create an account.
If you signed in with Google, you can continue to step 2.
If you used the "Sign up" option, an email will be sent to confirm your account after you've created one. You must click the link in the email to confirm before moving to the next step. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder for an email from support=codesmiths.io@mailgun.codesmiths.io
Once you're signed in, enter your information in the form provided at this link. Fields with an "*" are required. After all information is filled out, click "create entry" to submit your application
If your student is already enrolled at SRA and you need their student ID, you can find instructions on locating it here.
Once you click "create entry" you will be taken to the page below. This means your application has been successfully submitted.
You will also receive a confirmation email. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder for an email from support=codesmiths.io@mailgun.codesmiths.io
You can now close the page and you will be contacted when the lottery is drawn. If you need to edit your information, you can do so until the deadline.
To update your information
Click the profile icon in the upper right hand corner.
Click your name in the drop-down menu.
Click the lottery entry (green font).
Clicked "edit user" or "edit entry."
Save your changes by clicking "update user" or "update entry" at the bottom of the page.
