Under ideal conditions, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi will support up to 450 Mbps or 600 Mbps, depending on the class of the router. 5 GHz Wi-Fi will support up to 1300 Mbps. But the range is lower in the 5 GHz band because higher frequencies cannot penetrate solid objects, such as walls and floors.

If 5 GHz WiFi is not strong, we recommend you to choose 2.4 GHz WiFi since it is more stable.
