We strongly recognize the need to clarify the “new normal” accommodation facilities that coexist with viruses. As such, we have been strengthening sanitation and hygiene control so that everyone can stay with peace of mind.

- This is an unmanned facility. Unless there's an emergency, you will have no contact with our staff.
- Operation that minimizes the physical contact as much as possible
- Keyless door lock installed property. No physical keys provided by hands.
- No payment transaction on-site. We only approve online prepaid transaction.
- Responding emergency situation 24 hours a day (Staff are on standby in different area)

- Increased frequency of disinfecting work on high-touch surfaces
- Guest Rooms: Door knobs, switches, remote controllers, furniture, home appliances, etc.
- Common Area: EV, guest room door and more
- Cleaning Department: Storage room door, cleaning tools, door to staircase (emergency exit)
- Use of virus disinfectant spray
- As part of measures against the COVID-19, we disinfect surfaces during cleaning.
