For Travelers Arriving From Abroad
We accept those who have entered the voluntary isolation period after tested negative on PCR test which they took upon arriving Japan.
Please note that our apartment-type lodging facility does not correspond to a quarantine facility or a waiting place waiting for the test results.
Postpone The Stay In Response To Current Delays In PCR Test Results
If you urgently need to delay the check-in date due to the delayed PCR test result, we will accept the change request without a cancellation fee.
Note: This applies only if you move the entire stay period without changing the number of nights.
Kindly inform us as soon as you find out you may need to postpone the stay.
If Tested "Positive" On PCR Test
Please provide us the copy of the test result.
As we only accept guests tested negative, your reservation will need to be canceled. Rest assured that the cancellation fee will be waived in that case.
The refund will be processed after we receive the supporting document from you.
Check-In Time
You can check in anytime after 3PM (15:00). No worries; even if you arrive after midnight the day after the check-in date, you can check-in just fine.
Additionally, we are happy to announce that we have strengthened the sanitation and hygiene control with our dedicated cleaning team, so you can stay with peace of mind.
Your concerns are understandable because the situation of the world changes daily. Please know that we strive to keep doing what we can do best to provide services that meet the expectations of our guests.
