Shoes

• Please refrain from wearing shoes in our home.

Smoking

• Please do not smoke in and around the property including on balconies. We will charge you for the respective amount if we find any evidence of smoking.

Eco Friendly

• Please turn off all lights and appliances when you leave our home.

Security

• If unexpected guests arrive, please do not let them in.

Noise

• Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise down, especially at night. No parties please!

Safety

• Please be careful near windows and balconies. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by carelessness of the guests.

Toilet

• Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. In particular, please do not flush tissue paper down the toilet, as it is not biodegradable and may clog or damage the pipes.

Kitchen

• Please feel free to use all amenities in the kitchen. We ask that you place everything back in its original location and take your items out the fridge before you depart.

Extra Linens and Towels

• We provide a fresh set of professionally cleaned towels and linen for each guest. For every additional towel and/or linen used, we will charge JPY2,000 per item upon check-out. If linens are missing or damaged we will charge you for the respective amount.

Note: You are welcome to use all the prepared towels inside the room unless there is a note not to use them.

Shortening Your Stay

• If you would like to shorten your reservation, NO REFUND will be given if the request is made less than 7 days before Check-In day. (Request made earlier is acceptable)

Extending Your Stay

• Any request to extend your stay be communicated to us at least 2 days before your checkout date. ( Eg. If you are checking out at 10am on Feb 3rd, please tell us by 23:59 of Feb 1st)

No Delivery

• We kindly ask our guests to refrain from using our listing for any deliveries during the stay.

Note: In the event you have already ordered the delivery to our listing, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for the delivery of your items.

Forgotten Items Policy

• We are not responsible for any forgotten items; please double check you have all your belongings with you upon check out.

Taxi

• If you would like to travel by taxi, we recommend [Japan Taxi] apps, the largest Taxi application in Japan. You can install the app from App Store or Google Play.

Garbage

• When trash bag is full, kindly bring your garbage to the garbage bin in the 1st floor outside the main entrance so that bad smell won’t stay in the room.
