Before reporting any problems with your iPad, make sure to perform a HARD RESET first!

The hard reset resolves MOST iPad problems. To perform a Hard Reset:

Hold the Power and Home buttons at the same time. Keep holding until the Apple logo appears on the screen.


Glitchy App?

Delete the App from the home screen by holding your finger on the app until the delete option appears. Then Reinstall the from the Self Service App.

Make sure that you don't miss anything important!
