Digital Media Course

Class Description

Digital Media will be focused almost entirely on Podcasting this trimester. Podcasts are audio recordings on a huge range of topics, from news and sports, to true crime and fiction. We will learn a lot from listening critically to many podcasts, but we will learn even more by creating our own podcasts! We will be working to interest and influence a real live audience. Besides learning to write, edit, record, and reflect on their work, students will practice research skills, copyright guidelines, and awareness of their purpose for the intended audience.
