Making Google Classroom Calendar Public for Parents

Create appointment SlotsÂ
You can set up a block of appointments on your calendar that other people can reserve. For example, teachers can invite their students to reserve time during office hours each week.
There are other calendar/appointment software programs out there but most have very limited features in their free version. Because we are a Google for Education school, using the appointment feature in Google Calendar provides consistency for your students.
Time zone issues...
Make sure that the time zone for each calendar is the same. The setting "Coordinated Universal Time" should select the correct time zone based on your location but this has been a little glitchy with Google Classroom calendars and embedded calendars on Sites.
