Class of 2024

Senior Tech "to-do" checklist

Your spsdme email/Google account is not a lifetime account and will be deactivated after you graduate. The timeline is somewhere between 20-30 days. It is important that you manage your data from your account if you wish to access it in the future. Once your SPHS account is disabled you will no longer be able to access it. The checklist above takes time to complete, be prepared and give yourself time to complete the tasks before your last day.

iPad Collection schedule & details

Students may turn in their iPad to Mrs. Davies early (before the collection dates) if they no longer need it for classwork. All students are encouraged to discuss early turn in with their teachers before turning it in.

Collection Dates/Times:

Students must turn in:

A fee will be charged to the student account if a charger is not turned in.

If you use any of the following apps you should be backing them up to Google Drive on a regular basis. Click HERE to get help with backing up your files.

Google Take Out & Transfer

The most efficient way to keep your Google Drive and Gmail account information is by using Google Take-out or Transfer

Takeout - download to a laptop/desktop. This will transfer to a zip file that you can move to a selected drive. This does not work on an iPad.

Transfer - moving from one Google account to another. This is recommended if using an iPad.

Your spsdme.org account is unlimited storage, but most personal Google accounts have limited storage. Therefore, you might need to delete files from your school account before you try to transfer all of them. For example, a personal Google account typically has 15 GB of storage.

Change Your Naviance Login information

To access your Naviance information, you should change your email address so that you can get important updates, or reset your password if needed. Contact your school counselor if you don't know your Naviance login.
