how to join a Google classroom
Find the Google Classroom app on your iPad (check self service if you don't see it)
Make sure you are logged in to your spsdme account
Open the Classroom app.
If a teacher added you to the class, you will see the class name, select the "join" button.
If a teacher sent you the class code to join, click the "+" button on the bottom right of the app, and select "join". Enter the code in the "class code" section

How can I manage notications in Google Classroom?
You can set up Classroom to get notifications, like due-date reminders or invitations to join a class.
By default, you get email notifications for various activities, such as when someone comments on your post or your teacher returns work. You can change these notification settings at any time.
Students and teachers can:
Turn all notifications on or off.
Choose which notifications you get.
Turn notifications for a class on or off.
Turn OFF Email Notifications from Google Classroom - If you're checking Classroom consistently, maybe you don't want a ton of emails every time a student comments? Here's how to turn off notifications:
From the MAIN Google Classroom Screen (where all of your classes show up), click the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
Scroll all the way down to Settings. It's at the bottom.
Under the Settings heading, turn the slider for Email Notifications to OFF.
I deleted or forgot my class code
If you deleted, lost, or forgot the class code before adding yourself to a class, ask your teacher to resend the code or set a new one.
Note: You only use the class code once to join the class. You are then enrolled in the class and you don't need to re-use the code again.
How do I change the language in Google Classroom?
You change the preferred language for your Google Account. For details, see Change language to change the language on computer and mobile devices.
I can't sign in to Classroom
You might be trying to sign in to Classroom with the wrong account. Check that you’re using your spsdme.org account to connect to Classroom. Sometimes just having a personal account on your device will interfere. Try signing out of all accounts, then sign in with your spsdme.org account.
If your forgot your password to you school email account click here to reset it.
Note: You must have an active Internet connection to sign in.
