2023 College and Career Fair
The Springfield R-12 School District will host its annual College and Career Fair on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Hillcrest High School, 3319 N. Grant Ave., Springfield, Missouri. In addition to students from the five Springfield public high schools, students from the surrounding Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas area will also be invited.
The Springfield R-12 School District will host its annual College and Career Fair on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Hillcrest High School, 3319 N. Grant Ave., Springfield, Missouri. In addition to students from the five Springfield public high schools, students from the surrounding Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas area will also be invited.
Each exhibit space will include one six foot table and two chairs, for a fee of $125 per table. A table skirt will be provided upon request at no extra charge. You may purchase more than one space if you would like additional area for your display. There will be a limit of 8 tables per organization. The fee for spaces is used to pay for the facility, advertising, and related costs. The district high school counselors will also host a hospitality room for exhibitors. A light supper will be available beginning at 4:00 PM.

Upon receipt of your electronic registration, we will send an invoice for the applicable fees. Payment will be due within two weeks of receipt of the invoice. Institutions responding with their registration form with payment will be assigned exhibit space in the order of receipt. You will receive an email with your table assignments by the last week in September. Payment is required before tables will be assigned.
